Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lead Garrison service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

Lead Garrison is operated by Lead Garrison, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU.

2. What the Service Does

Lead Garrison is an Instagram lead qualification platform. When you connect a supported Instagram professional account and create a campaign, the service can:

• Start a private reply when someone comments your configured keyword on a post you have selected
• Ask your configured qualification questions through Instagram messaging
• Score and categorise the lead using the scoring you have configured
• Present qualified leads in your dashboard, with their answers and progress status
• Export your leads to CSV

Lead Garrison captures, qualifies and prioritises leads. It does not manage your sales negotiations, track deals, forecast pipelines or close sales, and it is not a CRM.

3. Subscription, Fees and Billing

Lead Garrison is offered on a single monthly subscription plan. The price is £29 per month for customers billed in the United Kingdom and $39 per month for customers billed in the United States. These are fixed local prices, not currency conversions. No annual subscription is offered.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until the subscription is cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the service. Fees already paid for a billing period are not refunded, except where a refund is required by law.

4. Free Trial

Eligible new customers receive a 14-day free trial. The following conditions apply:

• A valid payment card is required to begin.
• Creating an account does not itself start the trial.
• The trial begins when you activate your first campaign.
• No subscription payment is collected when the trial starts.
• When the trial ends, your subscription begins and is charged monthly unless you cancel.
• One free trial per customer. If you have already used a free trial, you are not eligible for another.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling prevents future renewals; your access continues until the end of your current trial or paid period.

You are responsible for exporting any lead data you wish to keep before your access ends. Lead export is available as CSV from your dashboard.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain a supported Instagram professional account (Business or Creator) connected to the service
• Comply with Meta's and Instagram's terms, policies and messaging rules
• Ensure the messages and qualification questions you configure are accurate and lawful
• Provide accurate account and business information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and not for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Respond to qualified leads in a timely and professional manner

7. Third-Party Platforms

The service depends on Instagram and Meta platforms and APIs. Lead Garrison is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta. Availability of messaging features may be affected by Meta's platform rules, API changes, rate limits or restrictions beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message will be delivered.

8. Data and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. For lead data collected from people who engage with your Instagram account, you are the data controller and Lead Garrison acts as your data processor; you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact and qualify those individuals.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates or changes that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Garrison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee any particular sales, revenue or conversion outcome.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use of the service risks harm to Lead Garrison or to third parties. You may stop using the service at any time, and may cancel your subscription through your billing portal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
